LIDAVEL 5-year service warranty is offered so you can rest assured you can enjoy your Box for a long time to come. If you are having an issue with your Box please fill out the form below and include a brief description of the issue along with your preferred shipping address for the return label to be booked for you. Our team will contact and service you as quickly as possible

WHAT IS COVERED: All electronic and water seal related issues are covered under the LIDAVEL service warranty; the base unit of the Box is protected from all types of damage. Accessories that are sold separately from the Box (glass adapters, silicone hoses, etc) are not covered under the service warranty; if these require replacement than customers are required to purchase them. For the Box unit, all labor and parts related to the repairs are covered by LIDAVEL

SHIPPING: LIDAVEL will cover all domestic shipping to return the item to LIDAVEL for service as well as to ship back to the customer. International service claims may be required to pay for shipping & import charges. All parts of system being returned must be cleaned from the residue of any consumables that were used to avoid issues during shipping
