Refund & Return Policy

1.) NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OFFERED

5 YEAR WARRANTY COVERS REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR COSTS FOR ELECTRONICS, MECHANICAL OR AESTHETIC DEFECTS UPON INITIAL RECEPTION.

WARRANTY REPAIRS REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO COVER SHIPPING TO LIDAVEL AND LIDAVEL TO COVER RETURN SHIPPING BACK TO CUSTOMER ALONG WITH ALL REPAIR COSTS.

FOR DEFECTIVE UPON INITIAL RECEPTION LIDAVEL WILL COVER ALL SHIPPING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS. ALL REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO DELAY.

2.) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

3.) Non-Refundable Items

All items sold by LidaVel are final sale. No items are eligible for refund.

4.) Damaged or Defective on Arrival Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item on arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arranging a replacement.

5.) Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer change of mind returns under any circumstances.

6.) Package Delivery & Liability

Once a package has been marked as “Shipped” and/or “Delivered” by the shipping provider, LidaVel is no longer liable for the package. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers who claim non-receipt of a package that has been marked as delivered must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).

To help prevent theft or misdelivery, LidaVel will require signature confirmation for deliveries to shared living spaces, including but not limited to apartments, condominiums, and townhomes.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, or arrange to pick it up from your local carrier facility if a delivery attempt is missed.
